Salon Policies
 

Cancellation policy – We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule an appoint 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.  Failure to do so may result in a $25 cancellation fee that will be in addition to your next appointment.  If a repeated situation continues to occur, the client may be required to provide a credit card to make a scheduled appointment.

  • Late arrivals –  Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service, although appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Any client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled time may be required to reschedule at the discretion of the performing stylist.  Late arrivals should expect to be charged the full treatment price.

  • Groupons - All Groupon Deals are for NEW CLIENTS ONLY.  Any returning Groupon customer presenting a second Groupon will be asked to gift the deal to a friend or family member.

Refunds - We under no circumstance will issue a cash refund.  In the instance we have failed to meet your expectations we kindly ask that you please allow us the opportunity to make our wrong, right.  In the event that we cannot service your Groupon purchase, Groupon will handle your refund.  

Chemical Services - All chemical services are performed at the discretion of the performing stylist after a consultation.  Any and all services can be refused by the stylist.  Any client with concern of an allergic reaction to chemicals have the right & opportunity to have a patch test performed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.  Failure to do so and having service performed releases salon of any liability in such event.  Salon reserves right to change products at any given time without notice to clients. 

Children - We love our tiny clients!  With that being said, for their safety & the comfort of the other clients, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 only be present in the salon setting when they are being serviced or when accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service.  

Payments - Payment is due at the time of service.  NO EXCEPTION.
